1.What Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum basket. There is no separate handling charge, and the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
If that changes, the charge will be shown at checkout before you pay, and this page will be updated first.
2.Why an Order Can Arrive in Several Parcels
ZUTTO is a curated marketplace, and items are dispatched from where they are made. An order containing items from three different makers leaves as three parcels, on three timetables, and may arrive across several days.
An order with one item still outstanding is not a lost order. You are charged once for the whole order, however many parcels it becomes.
3.How Long It Takes
Delivery time is dispatch plus transit. Most items are dispatched within a few business days, and transit within the continental United States usually takes a few days more.
Made-to-order pieces take longer to dispatch; where we know in advance, it is shown on the product page. Public holidays and festival periods add time at both stages.
4.Tracking
Tracking is attached to each item as it is dispatched, so an order in several parcels gains tracking numbers over several days rather than all at once. You will find them against the order in your account.
A tracking number that hasn't updated for a day or two usually means the parcel is waiting to be scanned. If it stays stuck, tell us and we will follow it up.
5.Where We Ship
We deliver across the United States. We do not ship internationally, so there are no customs charges, import duties, or brokerage fees. The total at checkout is the full cost.
We deliver to the address given at checkout, so please check it before you pay. Once a parcel has been dispatched we usually cannot redirect it.
6.If Something Goes Wrong
If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, we will put it right — see the Return Policy for how refunds work. Email help@shopzutto.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
